Return & Refund Policy
The returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together and the goods should be in the good condition. The packaging should also be in original condition in original shipping container as received.
If the goods/products has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund. Joys Kiddyland Enterprises will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit.
You will be notified via Whatsapp/ email once your parcel reaches us.
We will process the return and it take up to 14 working days for the refund to be made to your payment services provider. Any refunds processed shall be return via the original payment method for easier tracking of money movement.
If you do not receive your refund after 14 working days, please contact your payment processor or our customer service directly for further information. We shall be held responsible for any disputes received.
