Shipping Method
We provide item shipping service to whole Malaysia.
Item shipping is responsibility by third party company, Eg: Poslaju / J&T Express / DHL /Pgeon / Teleport (overseas).
Due to large packing volume, your order will be proceed to shipping in 1-5 working days as soon as possible.
Customer will be receive goods within 2 weeks, for oversea will be estimate 3-4 weeks.
No shipping service on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday.

Please do not accept if outer of parcel got damaged, take a photo of the parcel and let courier company return the parcel to us.
Please contact us if you rejected the parcel so we can check for any parcel returned.
We could not guarantee item can reach you on time as item shipping is responsibility by third party company (courier company), please contact courier company to check the parcel status and make arrangement.
Please trace parcel status after we provide parcel tracking number through WhatsApp when your order been shipped out.
If you did not received parcel, you can check parcel status and make report to courier company for 2nd delivery or self collect at related courier company (branch).
If your parcel has been returned to us, you may pay shipping fees and arrange to ship out item again. Please contact our customer service to check for the shipping fees.
